Yum : Crayfish & Nicko’s Thousand Island Dressing

We don’t usually have Crayfish for dinner on a Monday night, but we did last night due to Nick’s ‘hunting and gathering’ skills at the weekend.

Nicko’s Thousand Island Dressing

• 3 parts soy mayonnaise
• 1 part tomato sauce
• Worcestershire sauce to taste
• Tabasco sauce to taste

Method

• Mix together and enjoy with any seafood.

Crayfish goes perfectly with a crisp green salad … and don’t forget a beer! xx
