Oh my…my poor neglected blog! The summer holidays have kept us busy, but now I am back for 2012. We have had a wonderful first Christmas/New Year with little Poppy. Rather than explain in detail, I have added my favourite photos from the past couple of weeks below. Happy New Year! x
Sleeping Beauty
Poppy’s Nanna made these little shoes for her. She also has a pink pair with coordinating pearl button! So cute.
Poppy has a new friend – Sophie la Giraffe. As Poppy is exploring everything with her mouth, she loves Sophie’s soft natural rubber and her dark and contrasting spots.
Not intentionally, but their outfits match today!
I love Sundays. They have a different feel about them compared to other days of the week. Nick is mowing the lawns as I write – I love the smell of freshly cut grass.
Yesterday we went out on our boat – Tagus, with Sam for lunch.
We had our usual hot chicken from Lipscombe Larder, with fresh rye sourdough, soy mayo and avocado. Such simple pleasures!
