I’d like to introduce my new baby … a Cannondale Synapse Women’s Disc 105 5! I have had this on lay-by for the last three months and finally brought it home on Saturday.
This is my very first road bike after mountain biking for many years. Since having Poppy and James it just didn’t feel right hurtling down single tracks in the bush anymore, and now I look forward to an endurance experience on the road (and yes, contending with traffic).
Oh my – it is so sleek. Now bring on those road miles. 🚲

I love the look of that bike, do they make a man’s version of it as I have been keeping my eye out for something like that for quite a while. I particularly like the disc brakes. We need to talk and catch up.
