Yum : Homemade Pasta Sauce

Several weeks ago, my friend Tim delivered a bundle of home-grown Roma tomatoes.  I did make a big batch of relish (recipe next week) and I had some left overs.  So, my sister-in-law, Alison suggested the following scrumptious recipe:

Pasta Sauce

  • Roma tomatoes
  • Basil
  • Red onion
  • Garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Salt & pepper

Method

  • Pop all the ingredients in a tray and cook in a moderate oven for 30 minutes or so
  • Blend together and use as a sauce for any type of pasta.
  • Yum!
